Designed to quantitate 1 to 10µg/ml protein but can be scaled up to quantitate 10 to 100µg/ml simply by increasing the volume of the dye generating a standard curve in the 10 to 100µg/ml range. The high specificity makes this protease excellent for the removal of affinity-tags from purified recombinant proteins.
